Job summary

Target Engineering Construction Co LLC invites an experienced Senior Mechanical Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial activities across oil & gas, marine, industrial, power, and infrastructure EPC projects. This role drives cost estimation, quantity surveying, contract administration, variation management, and project cost control to ensure delivery within budgets.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of Quantity Surveying/Estimation experience on large-scale EPC projects.
• Strong Oil & Gas project exposure is advantageous.
• Experience in project cost estimation, budgeting, valuation, cost control, and contract administration.
• Experience managing variations, claims, and commercial negotiations in EPC environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed quantity take-offs and measurements for mechanical works across EPC projects.
• Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and commercial forecasts.
• Evaluate completed works and prepare interim and final valuations.
• Administer contractual obligations and manage variations, change orders, and claims.
• Coordinate with internal departments, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure commercial alignment.
• Support risk assessment and mitigation related to project costs.
