Job summary

Target Engineering Construction Co LLC in the UAE seeks a Senior Electrical & Instrumentation Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial and contractual aspects across oil & gas, industrial, marine, power and infrastructure projects.

You will perform detailed qty take-offs, budgets, valuations, variations, and cost control while coordinating with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to deliver competitive, compliant estimates.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and Cost Estimation for large-scale EPC projects.
• Strong experience in Electrical & Instrumentation works within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Experience in industrial, power, marine, infrastructure, or plant projects is advantageous.
• Proven background in cost estimation, contract administration, variation management, cost control, and commercial management.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed quantity take-offs and measurements for electrical and instrumentation works.
• Prepare project budgets, cost plans, and commercial forecasts for EPC projects.
• Evaluate completed works and prepare interim and final valuations.
• Monitor project expenditures and support project teams in achieving cost objectives.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and pricing for bids and proposals.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to develop competitive and compliant estimates.
