Job summary

Target Engineering Construction Co LLC is seeking an experienced Piping Quantity Surveyor for large-scale piping and mechanical EPC projects in the Oil & Gas sector in the UAE. You will manage quantity take-offs, cost control, variations, subcontract administration, and commercial performance to ensure project success.

In this role you will work with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Planning, Construction and Commercial teams to maximize commercial performance while maintaining

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying and Commercial functions within Mechanical Construction projects.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Industrial, Power, Marine, EPC, Infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed piping quantity take-offs from drawings, isometrics, P&IDs, specifications, and contract documents.
• Measure and verify quantities for piping systems including carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy, GRE/HDPE, supports, valves, and HV/utility piping.
• Maintain quantity tracking registers and measurement records; support BOQ preparation and verification.
• Monitor piping costs against budgets; support cost forecasting, reporting, and commercial analysis.
• Measure completed fabrication/installation for monthly valuations; support client billing and payments.
• Coordinate with PM, Engineering, Procurement, Planning, Construction, and Commercial teams.
