Job summary

Target Engineering Construction Co LLC seeks a commercially focused Quantity Surveyor with experience in fabrication, modular construction, and EPC oil & gas projects. You will estimate, value, and control costs for structural steel, piping, mechanical, and civil works, supporting competitive tender submissions and effective commercial management throughout project execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in estimating and controlling costs for structural steel, piping, and fabrication works.
• Proficient in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and rate analysis.
• Skilled with AutoCAD and MS Excel; familiarity with estimation software such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, CostX, or Candy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for structural steel, piping, mechanical, civil, and fabrication works.
• Develop BOQs, material take-offs, and cost breakdowns from drawings and specs.
• Perform rate analysis for fabrication, erection, manpower, equipment, and subcontract activities.
