Job summary

Shalom Technical services LLC in the UAE is seeking an experienced Mechanical MEP Project Manager to plan, manage, and execute projects from mobilization to handover. You will review drawings, specifications, BOQ, and contract requirements while coordinating with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

The role covers HVAC, chilled water, plumbing, firefighting, and other mechanical works, with emphasis on schedules, budgets, QA/QC, safety, and successful project handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5–15 years of relevant experience in mechanical/MEP project management.
• Strong UAE/GCC building construction and MEP project experience.
• Experience with HVAC, chilled water, plumbing, firefighting systems.
• Knowledge of MEP drawings, BOQ, method statements, submittals.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute mechanical MEP projects from mobilization to handover.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQ, scope, and contract requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Prepare progress and site reports; monitor schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover; ensure QA/QC.
• Lead and motivate site teams to achieve project targets.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, codes, and HSE standards.
• Attend project meetings and communicate with management and clients.
