Job summary

TALENTS TIDE HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTING in the UAE is seeking an experienced Project Manager MEP with a mechanical engineering background to lead the delivery of major MEP projects. You will oversee site execution, manage a multidisciplinary team, and ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and meticulous planning.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and a proven track record in MEP contracting, HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager – MEP (MEP contracting and project execution).
• Strong commercial, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and mechanical systems.
• UAE/GCC project experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP projects from mobilization through completion and handover.
• Manage project scope programme budget quality and resources.
• Oversee mechanical electrical HVAC plumbing and associated MEP works.
• Coordinate with clients consultants contractors and project stakeholders.
• Lead project teams and ensure effective site execution.
• Monitor project progress costs procurement and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings specifications HSE requirements and UAE standards.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Drive timely completion quality delivery and client satisfaction.
