Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 8+ years of experience in mechanical inspection/supervision in the UAE.
• Experience with high-rise towers and residential building projects.

Responsibilities

• Inspect mechanical works (HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire protection) at various construction stages.
• Ensure installations comply with approved drawings, project specifications, contract requirements, and local regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and witness testing and commissioning activities.
• Identify non-conformances, prepare inspection reports, and monitor corrective actions.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve technical and quality issues.
• Review material submittals, shop drawings, method statements, and inspection requests.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on site.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and prepare periodic progress and quality reports.
