Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 8 years of mechanical inspection experience, with strong exposure to HVAC, chilled water, plumbing, and building management systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum 8 years of mechanical inspection experience.
• Experience in UAE projects (high-rise and residential).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, chilled water, fire suppression, BMS.

Responsibilities

• Inspect mechanical installations across high-rise and residential projects.
• Ensure contractor works meet drawings, specs, and quality requirements.
• Inspect HVAC ductwork, equipment, supports, insulation, and related components.
• Review chilled water piping routes, testing, and connections.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other disciplines.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Maintain inspection records and NCR closeout.
