Responsibilities

Inspect mechanical construction activities to confirm compliance with approved drawings, specifications, project requirements, and applicable standards.
Verify that site execution follows approved shop drawings, material approvals, and method statements.
Monitor integrated mechanical works throughout the construction process.
Review progress against project schedules and identify delays or constraints affecting mechanical works.
Recommend corrective actions when work deviates from approved schedule, quality, or technical requirements.
Coordinate with contractors to ensure required equipment, materials, tools, and resources are available at the work site.
Monitor contractor readiness before mechanical installation activities begin.
