Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years in workshop and static equipment maintenance.
• Experience with fabrication, welding, machining and maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Monitor workshop maintenance activities and ensure work follows procedures.
• Provide technical troubleshooting for fabrication, welding, machining and maintenance issues.
• Develop repair strategies and approve modifications for mechanical systems.
• Prepare preventive maintenance plans to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with operations, procurement and maintenance teams for asset reliability.
