Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Construction Manager to lead the planning and execution of large-scale projects in the Gulf region. You will drive adherence to timelines and budgets while mentoring a technical team of mechanical engineers and plumbers.

The role requires deep knowledge of HVAC, fire protection, plumbing and industrial piping systems, along with a proven track record from inception to completion on major projects. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in mechanical construction management.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale mechanical projects from inception to completion.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and industrial piping systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and execution of all mechanical construction activities ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget
• Manage and mentor mechanical construction teams fostering a collaborative and safety-conscious work environment
• Interpret and implement complex mechanical engineering drawings specifications and building codes
• Coordinate with other construction disciplines subcontractors and suppliers to ensure seamless project integration
