Job summary

Nova International General Contracting is seeking an experienced Materials & Procurement Engineer to join our Abu Dhabi head office. You will source materials and subcontractors, evaluate quotations, and coordinate with site teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with project specifications.

You will lead procurement planning, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiations while supporting documentation and vendor management across major construction projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field with procurement exposure.
• Experience coordinating with site teams, suppliers and internal functions.
• Strong evaluation of technical and commercial supplier quotations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project-specific procurement plans aligned with construction schedules.
• Source qualified suppliers and evaluate quotations, both technical and commercial.
• Prepare and coordinate material submittals and approvals with consultants.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery conditions with suppliers.
• Coordinate with site teams for material needs and monitor performance.
