Job summary

You will work across structural, mechanical, and process teams to ensure material performance aligns with budget, safety, and schedule objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor's in an engineering field and 8+ years of experience in materials engineering, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of material properties, behavior, and performance across metals, composites, polymers, and ceramics.
• Experience with material selection, specifications, and documentation.
• Proven ability to develop technical outputs with high accuracy and detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct material analysis, selection, and specification for industrial projects including materials handling systems and heavy industrial applications.
• Develop and maintain material specifications, datasheets, and documentation per codes and standards.
• Perform material testing, QA assessments, and failure analysis to meet project requirements.
