Job summary

Hire Rightt in Dubai seeks a materials controller responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing materials for construction, drilling, or maintenance activities. You will ensure accuracy and compliance with procedures.

The role requires diploma in logistics or related field, experience in oil & gas environments, and proficiency with SAP or Oracle ERP systems to maintain stock records and generate reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Materials Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials, equipment, spare parts, and consumables from suppliers.
• Check materials against purchase orders, delivery notes, material specifications, and packing lists.
• Inspect materials for quantity, identification, damage, and required documentation.
• Label, tag, segregate, and store materials according to company procedures.
• Maintain accurate material inventory and stock records using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Prepare material receiving reports, material issue vouchers, inventory reports, and other documentation.
• Conduct periodic physical stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure materials are stored and handled in accordance with HSE requirements and company procedures.
• Report damaged, missing, non-conforming, or incorrectly supplied materials to the relevant department.
