Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering with 10+ years in contracting or consultancy, and experience in residential/high-rise Dubai projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in contracting or consultancy firms.
• Preferred experience in Residential / High-Rise Tower construction in Dubai.
• Exposure to a wide range of project types: Residential, Hospitality, High-Rise, Special Projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil material specifications, testing methods, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve material submittals and ensure compliance with project specifications and relevant standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and laboratories for material testing and approvals.
• Conduct inspections and evaluations of construction materials used on-site.
• Ensure all materials meet quality and safety requirements.
• Maintain detailed records of material approvals, test reports, and compliance documentation.
• Assist the QA/QC team in monitoring the use of approved materials throughout the construction process.
• Stay updated on new materials, technologies, and construction standards applicable in the UAE.
