Azizi Development UAE is seeking a Material Engineer Civil for overseeing evaluation and approval of materials for high-rise and residential projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure materials comply with project specifications and international quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience working on high‑rise tower or residential construction projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction materials and testing procedures.
• Familiarity with international material standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, and quality teams during project execution.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and approve construction materials used in civil works for high‑rise and residential building projects.
• Ensure all materials comply with project specifications, authority regulations, and international standards.
• Review and approve material submittals, laboratory test reports, and material samples submitted by contractors.
• Monitor on‑site material testing and quality assurance procedures.
• Prepare technical evaluation reports for project teams.
