Job summary

Grüns is seeking an experienced PPC/Marketplace Manager to own Amazon and retail media campaigns across the UAE. You will optimize TACOS/ROAS, manage budgets, and coordinate with SEO/Merchandising to align content and promotions.

You will also lead tentpole event preparations (Prime Day/BFCM), build automated reporting, and ensure account hygiene across Seller/Vendor Central while expanding performance across platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on marketplace PPC experience (Amazon and ideally one other retail media platform)
• Proven track record of managing significant ad spend and hitting TACOS/ROAS targets
• Experience managing major retail tentpole events like Prime Day or BFCM
• Proficiency in Amazon Ads Console and Seller/Vendor Central
• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, dashboards)
• Experience with keyword research tools like Helium10 or DataHawk

Responsibilities

• Own bid management, budget pacing, and negative keyword/search term strategy across Amazon and retail media platforms
• Run daily and weekly optimizations to improve TACOS/ROAS
• QA new campaign launches, PDP/ad tagging, and account hygiene
• Build and own unified weekly/monthly reporting cadence across all platforms
• Support tentpole event execution including Prime Day and BFCM
• Partner with SEO and Merchandising teams on content readiness
