Job summary

Edari is seeking a Senior Executive – Marketing to support the creative and branding function, managing briefs and coordinating campaigns across a diverse brand portfolio in Dubai. The role reports to Head of Marketing, Branding & Services and runs on a 12-month contract basis within the Creative & Branding function.

You will work with marketing managers, creative teams and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative work, staying aligned with corporate branding

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in marketing, advertising, creative agency account management, events, product marketing or brand management.
• Strong understanding of marketing and creative processes including briefing, design, content development and campaign delivery.
• Excellent organisational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple briefs, stakeholders and deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage with different teams, clarify requirements and manage feedback.
• Proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work through challenges.
• Creative mindset with an interest in branding, design and delivering engaging marketing work.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day marketing and creative requests from different brand teams and internal departments, ensuring briefs are clear and deliverables meet expectations.
• Coordinate with the creative team on briefs, feedback, schedules and deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
• Work with marketing managers to translate requirements into clear, actionable creative briefs.
• Help deliver fresh, innovative creative work reflecting each brand’s identity and branding guidelines.
• Coordinate creative and logistical requirements for internal events and ensure smooth planning.
• Collaborate with Communications, Digital, Marketing and Events teams to align activities and deliverables.
• Support content development by briefing copywriters and coordinating design, content and production.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, external partners and suppliers.
• Respond promptly to requests, manage changing priorities and find practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute ideas to improve creative processes and branding standards.
