Qualifications

• Several years of VAT/Indirect Tax Advisory experience.
• Strong UAE/Dubai market experience.

• Practice/service-line management experience preferred.
• Strong commercial, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Big 4/leading professional services background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the UAE VAT Advisory practice and service offering.
• Identify new business opportunities and support pitches and proposals.
• Oversee technical quality and delivery of client engagements.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing VAT team.
• Drive revenue, profitability, utilisation, and overall practice performance.

• CA, CTA, ACCA, CPA, ADIT, or equivalent qualification preferred.
