Job summary

Mogi I/O : OTT/Podcast/Short Video Apps for you seeks an experienced VAT Director to lead and expand our UAE VAT Advisory practice. The role blends technical VAT expertise with senior client management, team leadership, business development, and commercial accountability.

Based in Dubai, the candidate will drive complex UAE VAT engagements, manage CFOs and senior stakeholders, mentor a VAT team, and propel revenue growth while staying abreast of UAE VAT, FTA guidance, and GCC developments.

Qualifications

• Several years of relevant experience in VAT and Indirect Tax Advisory.
• Strong UAE/Dubai market experience is essential.
• Strong technical knowledge of UAE VAT and practical advisory experience.
• Proven senior-level client management and engagement leadership experience.
• Experience in business development and growing client relationships.
• Practice/service-line management experience preferred.
• Strong commercial, leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Big 4 / leading professional services / established tax advisory experience preferred.
• CA, CTA, ACCA, CPA, ADIT, or equivalent qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex UAE VAT and Tax Advisory engagements.
