Mogi I/O : OTT/Podcast/Short Video Apps for you in Dubai seeks an experienced VAT Director to lead and grow its UAE VAT Advisory practice, combining technical VAT expertise with senior client management and sales leadership.

You will oversee delivery, mentor a high-performing team, drive revenue, and stay ahead of UAE VAT and GCC tax developments, working closely with CFOs and tax heads.

Qualifications

• Several years of relevant VAT/Indirect Tax Advisory experience.
• Strong UAE/Dubai market experience.
• Proven senior-level client management and engagement leadership experience.
• Experience in business development and growing client relationships.
• Big 4 / leading professional services / established tax advisory experience preferred.
• CA, CTA, ACCA, CPA, ADIT, or equivalent qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex UAE VAT and Tax Advisory engagements.
• Manage relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, Tax Heads, and senior stakeholders.
