The ideal candidate will have several years of VAT and Indirect Tax advisory experience, strong UAE market knowledge, and a track record of leadership and winning new business within a major professional

Qualifications

• Multiple years of VAT/Indirect Tax advisory experience.
• Strong UAE/Dubai market experience is essential.
• Strong technical knowledge of UAE VAT and practical advisory experience.
• Proven senior-level client management and engagement leadership experience.
• Experience in business development and growing client relationships.
• Practice/service-line management experience is a plus.
• Strong commercial, leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Big 4 or leading professional services tax advisory background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex UAE VAT and Tax Advisory engagements.
• Manage relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, Tax Heads, and senior stakeholders.
• Develop and grow the UAE VAT Advisory practice and service offering.
• Identify new business opportunities and support pitches and proposals.
• Oversee technical quality and delivery of client engagements.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing VAT team.
• Drive revenue, profitability, utilisation, and overall practice performance.
• Stay updated on UAE VAT, FTA guidance, and GCC tax developments.
