Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking an experienced infrastructure advisor in Dubai to contribute to strategy, client engagement, and deal execution across PPP/JV and M&A projects.

The role involves leading due diligence, financial oversight, and development of business cases for major infrastructure programs. The ideal candidate has a strong background in advisory services, excellent English communication, and a track record of delivering projects to successful financial close.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of infrastructure advisory experience.
• Experience in PPP/JV transactions or Infrastructure M&A.
• Track record of leading projects to commercial or financial close.
• High level of written and oral presentation skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to practice strategy, service line development and go-to-market.
• Engage with government bodies, regulators, and private-sector stakeholders to develop infrastructure project pipelines.
• Provide advisory support across the full project lifecycle, including strategy, business case preparation, and commercial structuring.
• Coordinate development of feasibility studies, value-for-money analysis, and risk assessment matrices.
• Oversee technical and commercial due diligence for infrastructure investments.
• Translate technical engineering depth into strategic narratives for boards and ministries.
• Manage project economics, including revenue forecasting, invoicing, and financial oversight.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• B.Sc. degree in accounting, finance, economics, engineering, management, or policy
• Minimum of 8 years of infrastructure advisory experience
• Experience in PPP/JV transactions or Infrastructure M&A
• Track record of leading projects to commercial or financial close
• High level of written and oral presentation skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional qualification such as an MBA or CFA
• Experience in Big Four or similar consultancy service lines
• Proficiency in Arabic
