Job summary

SALT, a leading educational business in the UAE, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join their head office team. You will lead a 15-person recruitment team and own the end-to-end TA strategy across head office and campus hiring.

You will design employer branding, build a robust talent pipeline, and partner with senior stakeholders to drive recruitment solutions and process improvements, aiming for ~300 hires per year.

Job Description

• Lead and manage the recruitment team of 15 people and entire talent acquisition strategy
• Design employer branding and proposition
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple, critical roles across head office and campus hiring. This will be around 300 hires per year.
• Develop and preserve relationships with internal senior stakeholders, offering advise on recruitment solutions and process
• Acquire the best talent to further develop the efficiency of the company as a whole
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent, billed ATS data integrity, and regularly share updates with internal stakeholders
• Utilise innovative sourcing techniques and strategies to find, connect with and recruit top-tier talent
• Recognise recruitment enhancement ideas to implement across the region
