This role sits at the intersection of strategy, transformation and execution, collaborating with senior leaders to turn ambitious ideas into measurable business outcomes and sustained value.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in strategic projects, programme management or PMO leadership.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical capabilities and executive presence.
• Experience delivering complex initiatives in fast-paced, matrixed organisations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification.
• Experience in healthcare or a large diversified organisation would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects and programmes across the group with direct exposure to senior decision-makers.
• Oversee cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple business areas.
• Drive transformation, innovation and new ways of working using data and technology.
• Engage with executives to align priorities and drive delivery across units.
• Take ownership of strategic deliverables and demonstrate tangible impact.
