Ideal candidates have 6–8 years in PV, Bachelor’s in electrical engineering (MSc is a plus), experience with PVSys and AutoCAD, and strong communication and project management skills to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

To lead and manage technical and techno-economic analyses, design aspects and technical project management for Masdar Photovoltaic (PV) projects in less complex nature in terms of partnership structure, project structure, geographical location, technology wise, risk exposure etc.. The role involves strategic planning, resource allocation, and ensuring project alignment with organizational goals. The Technical Manager, PV will provide technical guidance and leadership throughout the development lifecycles.
As part of an integrated project team, to prepare and agree on project specifications, budgets and timescales with contractors, clients or other stakeholders, and to define basic design, and create or review test procedures for PV plant components such as foundation, PV modules and converters.
