Job summary

Noatum Logistics, part of AD Ports Group, seeks a Senior Manager Regional Air & Ocean Systems Process in the United Arab Emirates to lead deployment of standardized freight processes and system enhancements across the region.

You will coordinate UAT, master data readiness, training and change management, while partnering with country teams to improve efficiency, data integrity and EBIT through automation and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Overall 10+ years of progressive experience in air and ocean freight forwarding operations.
• Proven experience in business process management and process standardization.

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of standardized Air & Ocean Freight processes across the region.
• Ensure consistent execution of regional SOPs, operational controls, and best practices.
• Monitor process adherence and data quality, identifying improvement opportunities and corrective actions.
• Support governance reviews, audits, and compliance assessments.
• Drive and enforce compliance with regulatory, commercial, and operational standards across the regional Air & Ocean Freight organization.

• Lead master data collection, validation, and readiness activities for system implementations and enhancements.
• Monitor system utilization and user adoption to realize business benefits.

Job Purpose:

Driving the successful deployment and adoption of operational systems and supporting tools across the region, including coordination of business requirements, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), master data collection, business readiness, and user training to ensure successful implementation and value realization.

Supporting operational excellence through training, governance, functional expertise, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Driving process standardization, operational quality, and data integrity across the regional Air & Ocean Freight organization.

Enabling unit cost reduction through cycle time improvement, process optimization, standardization, automation, and centralization of activities where appropriate.

Driving and enforcing compliance with regulatory, commercial, and operational standards within the regional Air & Ocean Freight organization.

Articulating, prioritizing, and supporting delivery of business requirements related to processes, systems, automation, and reporting.

Contributing to regional and global projects that improve efficiency, scalability, service quality, and EBIT conversion.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement initiatives that improve productivity, reduce cycle times, eliminate non-value-added activities, and optimize operational costs.
• Support standardization, automation, and centralization initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Partner with country and functional teams to drive continuous improvement projects and operational excellence programs.
• Monitor operational performance and support actions to improve quality, profitability, and service delivery.

Qualifications

Educational and Technical Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.

Language Skills:

Years of Experience:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

Nature of Experience:
