Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in engineering, technology development, aluminium manufacturing, or industrial projects.
• Proven leadership experience in technical project management and engineering operations.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing technologies, engineering design, and process improvement.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and strategic partnerships is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of reduction lining development projects.
• Develop strategies that support innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Manage engineering teams and provide technical leadership across multiple projects.
• Oversee technology development, design reviews, and engineering documentation.
• Coordinate with research, engineering, operations, and technology transfer teams.
• Support the development of advanced aluminium reduction technologies and industrial solutions.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and overall project performance.
• Drive process optimization and identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality management standards.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, suppliers, and contractors.
• Promote knowledge sharing, innovation, and professional development across the team.
• Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and management updates.
