Job summary

Bilfinger Middle East is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage multiple projects from planning through completion. You will drive project execution, control costs, manage resources and risks, maintain client relationships and ensure timely delivery to required quality.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in project management, strong leadership, and a track record in maintenance and modification projects, with ADNOC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of direct Project Management experience.
• PM certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall planning, coordination, execution, control and completion of multiple projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, scopes, deliverables, schedules and execution strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage project budgets, cash flow and ETC forecasts.
• Plan manpower and resource requirements and coordinate recruitment or resource allocation where required.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables and critical paths.
• Identify project risks, dependencies and potential delays and implement mitigation and recovery actions.
• Lead project close-out activities and conduct lessons-learned reviews.
• Prepare and present project progress reports, proposals, presentations and management documentation.
• Establish project success criteria and communicate expectations clearly to project teams.
• Identify, analyse and resolve project issues, conflicts and execution challenges with the project team and management.
• Ensure compliance with project reviews, evaluations, QA requirements and company procedures.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and key stakeholders.
• Lead, motivate, coach and mentor Project Managers and project teams, promoting accountability and high performance.
• Prepare and manage time-extension and cost-overrun claims with Commercial Department.
• Support claim negotiations and implement agreed technical and commercial claim strategies.
• Ensure effective resolution and documentation of client, subcontractor and vendor issues.
• Act as focal point for client and key stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, Quality, Compliance, IT and HR policies, UAE laws and Abu Dhabi EHS requirements.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage multiple projects and/or Project Managers from planning through successful completion.

The role will be responsible for project execution, commercial and cost control, resource management, risk management, client relationships, stakeholder coordination, and overall project performance, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Project Management certifications are preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of direct Project Management experience, covering project development and execution.
