Job summary

Abu Dhabi Ports seeks a Senior Manager Programme Compliance to oversee engineering and compliance governance of capital expenditure construction projects within the Ports Cluster. You will ensure projects meet regulatory safety, quality and contractual standards from concept through handover, while driving risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Strong technical background in construction and engineering projects.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is an added advantage.
• Leadership and governance experience in large multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and compliance governance for capital expenditure construction projects.
• Provide engineering advice and guidance to the Ports Cluster and division.
• Manage production of ports and maritime technical reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Supervise development of technical requirements for studies, construction, performance specs and procedures.
• Develop initial preconceptual engineering schemes for potential future ports and maritime projects.
• Evaluate key ports and maritime risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders and authorities for successful implementation.
• Build and maintain departmental standards and procedures; identify digital trends for project delivery.
