Job summary

Abu Dhabi Ports seeks a Director Programme Fujairah New Port to drive end-to-end execution of the Ports Cluster maritime portfolio, reporting to senior leadership. You will lead strategic planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder coordination to expand Fujairah Terminals while maintaining safety, quality, and budgetary discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• 15+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience delivering construction projects in maritime port/terminal expansion.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall programme delivery and monitor the maritime progress to ensure that key milestones are met across all projects.
• Lead the delivery of the Fujairah Terminals expansion including marine works quay and yard infrastructure and terminal facilities while keeping terminal operations safe and uninterrupted.
• Evaluate project risks, resolve issues with relevant parties and develop mitigation plans to ensure maritime project success.
• Provide guidance, advice, and expertise to project owners and department managers regarding maritime programs and relevant specifications, standards and procedures.
• Manage maritime data related to the division and enforce statistical, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analytics.
• Provide HSE leadership for all construction activities across the programme and promote a positive HSE culture.
