AD Ports Group seeks a Senior Manager – Construction to provide strategic oversight and day-to-day leadership for the Fujairah port expansion programme. The role requires rigorous safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and disciplined budget/schedule control across marine and landside works.

Ideal candidate has 12–15 years in similar roles, with 10+ years delivering large port or maritime projects and 5+ years in senior construction management, plus strong English language skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Proven track record in large port/marine or maritime infrastructure projects.
• Strong English language skills; Arabic an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and day-to-day leadership for port expansion projects.
• Ensure strict safety, quality, regulatory, budget and schedule controls.
• Oversee marine and landside construction works per designs and statements.
• Manage interfaces with site teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor risks, implement mitigations, and present performance data.
• Coordinate with port operations to minimize disruption and maintain safety segregation.
• Prepare management reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
