Job summary

Aldar Education seeks a senior Manager - Reporting Group Finance to oversee management and statutory reporting, ensuring IFRS compliance and strong financial governance in the UAE HQ. Lead consolidation, MIS packs, and performance reviews for informed decision-making.

You will develop dashboards, support strategic projects, and guide finance transformation while managing a team and aligning with group policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance; qualified accountant (CA/CPA/CMA) preferred.
Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience including 2–3 years in core financial reporting, statutory reporting, consolidation and technical accounting.

Responsibilities

Manage month-end closing, management reporting, statutory reporting, compliance reporting, internal controls and ICFR activities across Aldar Education.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, robust financial controls, compliance with Group policies and accounting standards, and support for strategic projects.
Prepare and deliver consolidated statutory financial statements in compliance with IFRS and other regulatory requirements.
Drive ICFR initiatives to strengthen financial governance, risk management and compliance.
Support new IFRS standards, DoA frameworks, finance policies and SOPs.
Identify opportunities to improve closing, consolidation and reporting through automation and standardization.
Provide technical accounting expertise on complex transactions and business initiatives.
