Job summary

Aldar Education is seeking a Senior Manager – Group Finance to support our expanding network of schools in the UAE. The role involves leading group finance functions, including statutory and management reporting, consolidation, and governance across multiple entities.

Responsibilities cover treasury, tax, IFRS compliance, and driving finance projects while partnering with senior leadership. A strong background in education finance and multi-entity environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification such as CA, ACA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead group statutory reporting, management reporting, consolidation, and performance analysis.
• Oversee treasury operations, tax governance, and compliance with IFRS and Group policies.
• Drive internal controls, ICFR, and financial governance improvements across entities.
• Coordinate external audits and annual statutory reporting processes for multiple schools.
• Provide FP&A support, budgets, forecasts, and performance trend analyses.
