Aldar Education LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Manager - Reporting (Group Finance) to lead management, statutory, and compliance reporting with IFRS alignment across the organisation. This role sits in HQ and supports a growing network of premium schools in the UAE.

You will drive key reporting deliverables, including Group Reporting Packs and Executive MIS packs, and provide strong financial insights to aid governance and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management reporting, statutory reporting, compliance reporting, and IFRS-compliant financial reporting across the organisation.
• Lead preparation of Group Reporting Packs (GRP), Investment Committee presentations, and CFO MIS packs, ensuring timely, accurate data.
• Develop and enhance MIS dashboards for budget owners and conduct monthly financial performance reviews to support decision-making.

Responsible for managing Aldar Education's management reporting, statutory reporting, compliance reporting, and financial reporting processes, ensuring accurate, timely, and IFRS-compliant reporting across the organization. Lead the preparation of key management reporting deliverables, including Group Reporting Packs (GRP), Investment Committee presentations, Executive Management Team reports, and CFO MIS packs. Develop and enhance MIS dashboards for budget owners, conduct monthly financial performance review sessions, and provide meaningful financial insights to support effective decision-making, financial governance, and business performance management.
