Job summary

DAMAC Group in the UAE seeks a Manager for Digital Delivery & BI to orchestrate a unified data platform, live dashboards and AI-enabled checks. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, partner with senior management on digital priorities and deliver value across contracts and project documents.

The role emphasizes hands-on Fabric, Power BI, SQL and Python/PySpark, plus Primavera P6/XER and governance of LLM/RAG solutions in a complex project environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Fabric, Power BI, SQL and Python/PySpark delivery.
• Power Platform experience: Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate.
• Primavera P6/XER and project controls knowledge.
• A governed LLM or RAG solution you have taken into production.
• Team leadership and senior stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Build the digital roadmap for project controls, programme and commercial management.
• Run Microsoft Fabric pipelines and Power BI dashboards executives actually use.
• Automate Primavera P6 schedule checks and progress validation.
• Deliver LLM and RAG tools across contracts, correspondence and project documents.
• Lead Power Apps and Dataverse workflows that replace manual consolidation.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team and manage external development partners.
