Job summary

DU UAE is seeking a seasoned analytics leader to drive BI publishing, data modelling, and advanced analytics in a telecom context. You will design MicroStrategy dossiers, build predictive models, and mentor a team of analysts.

You will work with Teradata DWH, Python, R, and RapidMiner to deliver scalable analytics and present insights to stakeholders. Honing data literacy across the organization, you will deliver new dashboards and reports, prototype self-service solutions, and ensure metadata

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of analytics, data modelling and BI publishing experience.
• Minimum 5 years operational telecom domain experience.
• Experience building reporting solutions with Teradata DWH and MicroStrategy.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop MicroStrategy Dossier layers to support self-service BI.
• Prototype Dossiers and reports for business validation.
• Deliver new reports and dashboards, or enhance existing ones, for analytics.
• Maintain business metadata to support consistency across content.
• Train end-users to maximize adoption of BI solutions.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses with business teams and deliver ad-hoc insights.
• Develop predictive models and ML algorithms to drive business insights.
• Ensure models are explainable and aligned with business goals.
