Job summary

IT People Gulf seeks an experienced Data Engineer with Business Analyst expertise in Dubai to design scalable data platforms, build analytics solutions, and drive data-driven decision making for investment funds and SWFs.

You will work with Palantir Foundry, Databricks, Python, SQL, and Spark, engaging senior stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust data architectures while ensuring governance and privacy standards in a hybrid on-site role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant quantitative field.
• 6–8 years of experience across strategy consulting, data product development, applied AI, or technology consulting.
• Proven experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Databricks, Azure Foundry, Spark, Hive, and Palantir Foundry.
• Strong data modeling and scalable analytical solution design.
