Job summary

Dicetek LLC is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to collaborate with the GTx team, craft high-quality requirements, and steer UAT for payments platforms in a regulated banking context. You will bridge business needs with technical delivery in agile and waterfall environments.

Candidates should have 8+ years in finance/cash management or corporate channels, plus knowledge of escrow systems and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or business management.
• At least 8 years of experience, including a minimum of 6 years in cash management or corporate channel systems.
• Certifications like ECBA, CBAP, CSM are advantageous.
• Experience in Escrow Management Systems, real-estate escrow processes, virtual accounts, and regulatory compliance in banking is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the GTx team to create high-quality business requirements and solutions for key stakeholders.
• Conduct quality assurance on the deliveries within the GTx payments platforms.
• Support deliveries in either waterfall or agile models.
• Identify, document and validate requirements based on user journeys and user stories for payment systems, corporate channel systems, and escrow-related solutions.
• Assist in developing user stories and requirements, providing support to team members as needed.
• Produce test scenarios, scripts and other UAT documentation; extract data for testing purposes.
• Execute UAT against defined requirements, user stories or solution designs.
• Prioritize and shape the product backlog with business SMEs and product owners using Agile practices.
• Highlight issues and challenges related to product sign-off after testing.
• Validate existing to-be processes during UAT and revise processes as required.
• Analyze and interpret business requirements; gather additional information from BAs as needed.
• Participate in and facilitate Agile ceremonies: backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, iteration planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor and support post-production projects as part of BAU.
