Job summary

Black & Grey HR is recruiting a Senior Maintenance Manager for a leading UAE-based landscaping company. You will oversee landscaping maintenance across multiple projects, driving service delivery, efficiency, client satisfaction and cost control.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Diploma in Engineering/Horticulture/Landscape Management with 10+ years in landscaping, including 5+ years in leadership across multi-site operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Horticulture, Agriculture, Landscape Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in landscaping, horticulture, irrigation or maintenance, including at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multi-site operations.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping maintenance contracts, irrigation systems, resource planning, cost estimation, quality standards and HSE compliance.
• Proven capabilities in operational leadership, client management, budgeting and team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site landscaping maintenance operations, ensuring contractual compliance, service quality, safety and budget adherence.
• Oversee manpower, equipment, materials and resource allocation across projects to optimize productivity and operational efficiency.
• Monitor project performance, costs and service standards, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Build strong client relationships, resolve service concerns and support contract retention and business growth.
• Review tender documents, specifications and site requirements, contributing to maintenance plans, resource estimates, budgets and commercial proposals.
• Manage Project Managers and maintenance teams, ensuring accountability, performance standards and workforce development.
• Implement quality assurance, HSE procedures, operational standards and corrective action plans across projects.
• Drive water conservation, irrigation efficiency and sustainable landscaping maintenance practices.
• Support annual budgeting, profitability targets and operational reporting to senior management.
