MediaSource FZC in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Landscape Engineering Manager to oversee landscape operations, projects, and assets for high-quality delivery with sustainability and safety at the core.

The role leads end-to-end maintenance, irrigation optimization, client relationships, and contractor supervision while driving cost efficiency and continuous improvement across multiple sites.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in landscape-related field is required.
  • 8–12 years of landscape engineering, operations, or project delivery experience.
  • UAE / GCC experience preferred.
  • Professional certifications in irrigation or project management are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of landscape maintenance and enhancement services including horticulture, irrigation systems, pest control, and hardscape works.
  • Ensure landscape assets meet aesthetic, functional, sustainability, and safety standards.
  • Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs for irrigation networks, planting, turf, and related infrastructure.
  • Drive water optimization, smart irrigation practices, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Manage client relationships through regular communication, reporting, and proactive issue resolution.
  • Review landscape designs, technical submissions, and support value engineering and improvement projects.
  • Manage third-party contractors, suppliers, and in-house landscape teams.
  • Control budgets, forecasts, procurement, and cost optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE, environmental, and local authority regulations.
  • Prepare operational and performance reports and drive continuous improvement.

Job Purpose

The Landscape Engineering Manager is responsible for managing landscape operations, projects, and assets to ensure high-quality delivery, sustainability, safety, and cost efficiency across assigned sites. The role oversees service delivery, client relationships, contractor performance, and continuous improvement of landscape systems and standards.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead end-to-end delivery of landscape maintenance and enhancement services including horticulture, irrigation systems, pest control, and hardscape works.


  • Ensure landscape assets meet aesthetic, functional, sustainability, and safety standards.

Experience


  • 8–12 years of experience in landscape engineering, operations, or project delivery.


  • Strong experience in irrigation systems, horticulture, water management, and contractor supervision.


  • UAE / GCC experience preferred.
