MediaSource FZC in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Landscape Engineering Manager to oversee landscape operations, projects, and assets for high-quality delivery with sustainability and safety at the core.
The role leads end-to-end maintenance, irrigation optimization, client relationships, and contractor supervision while driving cost efficiency and continuous improvement across multiple sites.
The Landscape Engineering Manager is responsible for managing landscape operations, projects, and assets to ensure high-quality delivery, sustainability, safety, and cost efficiency across assigned sites. The role oversees service delivery, client relationships, contractor performance, and continuous improvement of landscape systems and standards.
Lead end-to-end delivery of landscape maintenance and enhancement services including horticulture, irrigation systems, pest control, and hardscape works.
Ensure landscape assets meet aesthetic, functional, sustainability, and safety standards.
Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs for irrigation networks, planting, turf, and related infrastructure.
Drive water optimization, smart irrigation practices, and sustainability initiatives.
Manage client relationships through regular communication, reporting, and proactive issue resolution.
Review landscape designs, technical submissions, and support value engineering and improvement projects.
Manage third-party contractors, suppliers, and in-house landscape teams.
Control budgets, forecasts, procurement, and cost optimization.
Ensure compliance with HSE, environmental, and local authority regulations.
Prepare operational and performance reports and drive continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Engineering, Horticulture, Agricultural Engineering, or related field.
Professional certifications in irrigation or project management preferred.
Valid UAE Driver’s License.
8–12 years of experience in landscape engineering, operations, or project delivery.
Strong experience in irrigation systems, horticulture, water management, and contractor supervision.
UAE / GCC experience preferred.
