Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related specialization from a reputable university.
• 7–8 years of experience in a M&A environment, including experience executing transactions.
• Strong communication, presentation and project management skills.
• Proven ability to produce high quality and impactful professional documents for clients and internal use.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of transactions across the client portfolio and prepare client reports and key documentation for fund-raising, acquisitions and disposals.
• Develop pitch books and other marketing materials; meet with existing/target clients.
• Originate and deliver transaction ideas, identifying opportunities and leveraging relationships.
• Project manage transactions, drive the timetable, ensure quality on client deliverables and manage advisers to meet milestones.
• Lead, develop and counsel junior colleagues and contribute to team growth.
