Job summary

EY-Parthenon in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced M&A Senior Manager to lead transaction work, assess strategic fit, run financial modeling, and manage deal cycles across the client portfolio.

You will leverage EY's global network to advise on acquisitions and divestitures, develop client-ready materials, support negotiations, and mentor junior colleagues in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• 7-8 years experience in an M&A environment with deal execution.
• Strong communication, presentation and project management skills.
• Proven ability to produce high quality client documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of transactions across the client portfolio.
• Prepare/review client reports and key documentation for fund-raising, acquisitions and disposals.
• Originate and deliver transaction ideas and manage timelines.
• Project manage transactions and coordinate with advisers to meet milestones.
• Develop junior colleagues and share knowledge within the team.
