Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced M&A Senior Manager to join our high-performing team. You will lead transaction execution across a diverse client portfolio, preparing reports for fund-raising, acquisitions and disposals, and shaping strategic outcomes with rigorous analysis.

You will drive business development, help prepare pitch books and marketing materials, and mentor junior colleagues while collaborating with senior leaders to deliver high-quality, value-driven advisory services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field from a reputable university.
• 7–8 years of M&A experience, including executing transactions.
• Strong communication, presentation and project management skills.
• Proven ability to produce high quality client documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of transactions across client portfolio and prepare client reports for fund-raising, acquisitions and disposals.
• Drive business development with pitch books and marketing materials, and meetings with clients.
• Originate and deliver transaction ideas, manage timetable and milestones with advisers.
• Lead and counsel junior colleagues and contribute to team growth.
