Job summary

EY in Dubai is seeking an experienced M&A Manager to lead transaction execution across a diverse client portfolio, including buy- and sell-side assignments. You will analyze strategic fit, model financials, manage deal cycles, and support negotiations with senior client teams.

This role leverages EY’s global network to deliver sector-focused advice, originate opportunities, and mentor junior colleagues while building enduring client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field from a reputable university.
• 6–8 years' experience in an M&A environment with deal execution.
• Strong communication, presentation and project management skills.
• Ability to produce high-quality client and internal documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of transactions across the client portfolio and prepare key documentation.
• Drive business development through pitch books and client meetings.
• Originate and deliver transaction ideas and manage timelines and milestones.
• Lead and coach junior colleagues and contribute to team growth.
