EY is seeking an experienced M&A Senior Manager in Dubai to lead transaction execution, assess strategic fit, and manage the deal cycle for clients across sectors. You will guide negotiations, model financials, and leverage EY’s global network for value creation.

The role involves leading junior colleagues, supporting business development, and delivering high-quality client documents for acquisitions and disposals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field is required.
• 7–8 years' experience in an M&A environment with transaction execution.
• Strong communication, presentation and project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the execution of transactions across the client portfolio, preparing/reviewing client reports and key documentation for fund-raising, acquisitions and disposals.
• Drive business development activities including pitch books and marketing materials for existing/target clients.
• Originate and deliver transaction ideas, identify opportunities, build relationships, and manage transaction timetables.
