Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field with strong academic record.
• Proven ability in financial modelling and numerical analysis.
• Experience in corporate finance, M&A, or professional services with buy-side and sell-side exposure.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of transactions across client portfolio and prepare client reports.
• Ensure transaction timetable is met and deliverables are high quality.
• Engage with counterparties and advisers to meet milestones.
• Identify key issues and risks with insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with junior colleagues to share knowledge and develop the team.
