• Experience in business integrations, divestitures or carve-outs.
• Ability to assess technology, operations or manufacturing infrastructure in detail.

• Execute operational projects across sectors and support strategy development for transactions.
• Contribute to pre-deal planning and post-deal integration activities.
• Develop experience across various engagement types including carve-outs and synergies.
