Job summary

EY-Parthenon in Dubai is seeking an experienced M&A Analyst to join our high-performing team. You will work with Senior Managers and Partners to assess strategic fit, analyze transaction synergies and manage the deal cycle, including negotiations and financial modelling.

You will support execution across client portfolios, prepare reports for fund-raising, acquisitions and disposals, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables while collaborating with junior colleagues to grow the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree ideally in a finance or related specialization from a reputable University
• At least 2-4 years' experience in a M&A environment, including experience playing a key role in executing transactions
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to produce high quality and impactful professional documents for clients and internal use

Responsibilities

• Support in executing transactions across the client portfolio and prepare client reports and key documentation for fund-raising, acquisitions and disposals
• Meet transaction timetables and ensure quality on client deliverables
• Collaborate with junior colleagues and contribute to the growth and development of the team
