CHINT is a global smart energy solutions provider seeking a Sales Manager – Low Voltage Switchgear to drive sales and business development across the UAE, focusing on project sales and distribution channels. You will cultivate relationships with contractors, consultants, panel builders, distributors and end-users, and lead opportunities from lead generation to closure.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
5+ years of proven sales and business development experience in the electrical industry.
Strong business development, negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across projects, panel builders, contractors, consultants, end-users and distribution channels.
Identify and develop new business opportunities for Low Voltage Switchgear and electrical solutions with a focus on project specification and channel development.
Build and maintain relationships with panel builders, contractors, consultants, developers, distributors, retailers and key end-users to drive growth.
Lead opportunities from lead generation to quotation, negotiation, order conversion and closure to sustain a strong project pipeline.
Expand the distribution network with new distributors, sub-distributors and retail channels and maximize existing partnerships.
